Ordering & Payment
Ordering Online
Ordering on our secure website will give you the peace of mind of purchasing exactly what you need. You will get a chance to properly view the desired products and will be able to view any additional information. Following these simple steps will secure you the product or part you need:
- Once you have found the desired product(s), choose the desired quantity and click on the ‘ADD’ button, the product(s) will then be added to your basket. Your basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on the ‘basket’ logo at the top right of the page.
- When you have finished adding to your basket, simply click on the ‘basket’ logo at the top right of the page.
- Please check the items in your basket are correct and then click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- Follow the instructions to complete your billing, shipping and payment information and click ‘PLACE ORDER’.
- Once your order has been placed your confirmation email will be sent to you. If however you do not receive this email, please check your email’s Spam filter and/or Junk folder and if necessary add our email address to safe senders list. Ordering from outside the UK
Export orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes and Customs clearance fees, which must be paid before receipt of the goods. These charges are NOT included in the price of the goods or the delivery. These charges are normally managed by our carrier. All relevant Customs forms and documentation required to ensure the order arrives with the minimum of delay will be included with your shipment.

Payment
Prices & Currency
This website will only take payment in £ (GBP). Prices shown on this site are current and are displayed in £ (GBP), we are not currently a VAT registered company so cannot supply a VAT invoice. Prices do not include any import duty, taxes or customs clearance fees for export orders.
Value Added Tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate of 20%. We are not a VAT registered company, therefore we cannot supply a VAT invoice or remove VAT for orders outside of the UK.
Credit and Debit Cards
Payment for online orders can be made by any credit or debit card with a Visa® or MasterCard® logo.
If your credit or debit card fails to authorise it may be because you have entered the expiry date or CVV code incorrectly, please check you are entering in the correct details. If you are sure you entered these details in correctly but your card still fails to authorise after a second attempt, then please contact the card issuer whose number will be on the reverse of the card.

Delivery Options
UK orders
Orders for the UK will be sent by carrier on a 24 hours or 48 hour service depending on your location.
EU & ROW orders
All EU & ROW orders will be sent using a standard carrier service.
Delivery Methods
Carrier Standard
This is a fast trackable delivery service and orders are usually sent by road. From the time of the order being dispatched, delivery is expected to take 1 to 2 days for UK addresses, 3 to 6 days for EU addresses and 5 to 10 days for R.O.W. addresses depending on customs clearance. Once your items have been collected by the carrier you will receive a tracking confirmation email provided by the carrier to your registered email address at the end of the working day. On occasions your items may incur a delay due to the amount of orders the carriers are dealing with at specific times of the year. The carriers will keep you updated of any such delay. Delivery Exceptions & Information
PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery, therefore we CANNOT deliver orders to PO Box addresses. If you need to contact us about the delivery of your order, please email shop@paddockten.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1723 643010.
Delivery & Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on weight of the total order and will be displayed in the basket prior to order confirmation. We can deliver to most countries however some countries & island destinations will require a ‘custom’ delivery charge to be calculated for each specific order. If there is no shipping method available for your country please email shop@paddockten.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1723 643010.
Please note: Stated delivery times are from the point of order dispatch and do not include order processing time. During busy periods, order processing may take 2-3 days. Stated delivery times for international orders do not include customs processing time. Orders placed from outside of the UK may be required to pay local customs charges upon delivery.
Damaged Goods & Shortage Claims
When you sign for a parcel, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered damage in transit, you can mark the delivery note ‘Parcel Damaged’, before signing, or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack our products carefully to help avoid these problems. Some deliveries involve more than one parcel – please check that all ordered products have been received before accepting delivery. Important Note: If you need to make a claim due to ‘Shortages or Damaged Goods’, Paddock Ten Ltd MUST be advised of this claim within the first 48 hours of delivery for your claim to be processed. Large Packages
Charges are calculated using the volumetric weight of a package. Some parts can be light in weight but large in volume size, therefore incur a higher delivery charge.
Exceptional Items
If your order includes items that are particularly heavy or bulky items, there may be an additional delivery charge or they could be marked as collection only. In these circumstances the website will ask you to contact Paddock Ten to discuss a suitable delivery / collection method.
